Flappers and other girls...Etsy Illustrations

Ive always loved flappers. The fun rebellious women of the 20's who lopped off their hair, smoked long cigarettes and listened to rag time and jazz. They were so modern and stylish! Ive been looking for affordable illustrations and watercolors for my bedroom and have been searching all over Etsy. Here is a look at some of my finds:

Im also so smitten with these images created by 19 year old Caitlin Shearer, who's Etsy store Pepperminte is full of these lovely illustrations of women in lingerie:

I love the 20's era. These illustrations bring to mind Louise Brooks.

Nice discoveries on etsy--and I really would love to know how to wave my hair like that.

Ooohhh you've chosen some of my favourite illustrators....and flappers? I think I'd have loved that era...I bought a Betsy Johnson dress once that was very flapper-ish and I just loved, loved, loved it! And those hats?!?!? To die for!
